Bob Pro, on film

1:41 Start with this one

Getting started, on two phones

From the welcome screen to the first message received : everything that happens between two people who do not know each other yet.

2:41 Everything, in one go

The full tour

Every screen of the application, in the order you meet them : from the very first launch to the profile.

0:45 Sophie, the eldest

A family, one thread

Signing up under a nickname, the backup key, then the whole family in a single space.

0:43 Nobody asks twice

Who brings what

Three occasions, three lists : what is taken, what is half done, and what nobody has promised yet.

0:46 A space made in a minute

The gang

Creating a second space from scratch : two screens, one invitation, and a pizza night with its list.

0:42 Nyx, house leader

A house, not a group

A closed war channel, a nineteen-player roster, and everything that is not said in front of everyone.

0:30 Twelve out of seventeen

The war line-up

Five roles, seventeen places, and the gaps in red. Nyx takes one, and the count moves.

0:27 Five dates, nobody chased

The house diary

Everyone sees who is coming to Friday's war, without anyone having to ask.

0:57 Camille, who set it up

An association, one space

A committee that prepares out of sight, volunteers who say when they are free, and a drive that counts its boxes.

0:53 Camille, who runs the rota

The Saturday duty

A gap in the week, an availability already on file, and one tap to fill the shift.

1:00 Tom, brand new

A volunteer signs up

Filmed on the second phone : what a newcomer sees, and what he never will.

0:49 Mr Julien, Year 6

A class, one space

The teacher writes once, and twenty-six families have the news.

0:44 Four asked for, two signed up

The school trip

What is missing is plain to see : two chaperones, and two empty places on the rota.

0:50 From the club's side

A football club

A closed coaches' channel, a card for a child with no phone, and a Saturday whose gap shows.

0:39 Tom, coach and owner

One coach, two clubs

One account, two spaces, two roles — and a board channel he will never know exists.

0:41 Tom, under-sevens and under-eights

One coach, two age groups

One squad, two age groups, and a match sheet that only lists the team playing.

0:53 Emma, Elsa's mother

The same club, a parent's side

One child, one team, one calendar — and an answer that reaches the coach at once.

1:28 Sixteen people, one space

A home-care company

Cover found in the morning, an on-call number nobody has to give out, and a rota whose gap shows at once.
